Josh White joins the Government Relations Division after serving as Governor Martin O’Malley’s Director of Intergovernmental Affairs and campaign manager for then-Mayor O’Malley’s successful 2006 gubernatorial campaign.
Josh also served as Special Assistant to Senate President Mike Miller, Executive Director of the Maryland Democratic Party, a political media consultant, a political director for the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee, as caucus director for the Pennsylvania House Democratic Caucus and as a Congressional staffer.
Through his extensive political skills, relationships and experience, Josh helps clients craft successful strategies to navigate the state, local and federal branches of government.
